When your phone will not turn on.

If you buy a new phone and need to transfer your information over, that can be done by replacing the SIM card. To do this remove the back cover of the phone by lifting the bottom left crease. With the back of the phone facing you, on the left-hand side you will see a port and that’s where you will insert the SIM card. If you require more detailed information, click here.
