The screen will not respond to touch or is not accepting commands
Wait for the device to go back to normal.If that doesn’t work, restart the device by holding the power button and select “restart”. When it’s been reset, check to see if the device is working properly. Wait for it to turn on.
Press and hold the power button to activate the options on your device.Touch the option “Power Off” and hold it until you see a dialog box appearing.Touch and select “OK” to reboot into safe mode.Uninstall any apps that are causing crash problems.
The phone will not turn on or will not stay on after being unplugged from the charger
A master reset restores the original settings and may delete your personal data in your ZTE Zinger phone. It does not delete data stored on the SIM Card or SD card. Back up data on the internal memory. From any home screen, tap the all apps icon. Find Tap settings. Scroll to the personal heading, then tap backup and reset.Tap factory data reset. if your phone is password protected, you’ll be prompted to enter your patter, pin, or password. Reset phone.

IF device menus are frozen, then you can master reset using hardware keys. Back up data on the internal memory. Turn off the device. Press and hold the volume up and power buttons until the ZTE logo screen appears, then release. Press the volume down button to highlight wipe data/factory reset. Press the power button to select. Press the volume down button repeatedly until yes then delete all user data is highlighted. Press the power button to select. Wait as the device resets. Once complete, press the power button to select reboot system now.
The ZTE Z667T is responding to commands slowly.
If your phone is acting slow close anything that uses active memory. Get rid of active screensavers and backgrounds that are in motion. Close widgets, unused apps, and clear cache.
The battery will not charge or will not stay on after unplugged from the charger.
If your battery is not charging it may be faulty, exhausted, or damaged. Check the battery for signs of damage such as dents, leaks, or corrosion. If damaged contact the dealer for a replacement.
If your battery is not charging it may be too hot or too cold to charge properly. For optimal charging make sure the temperature of the battery charging environment is in between 32°F and 113°F.
If your battery is not charging it may be the charging cable is inserted incorrectly. Make sure your connections are plugged in properly. If the connections continue to not work, examine the condition of the Micro USB cable for damage and replace the charging cable.
The sim card is not registering on the device.
The SIM Card might be out of place. If you’ve recently dropped, bumped, or opened your device it may need adjusting. Turn off your phone. Insert your fingernail into the slot at the bottom left of the back cover and take the cover off. Remove the battery from the device. Take out the SIM Card then replace it back into the phone then replace the battery back from the device and restart your phone.
Sometimes dust can get between the SIM and your phone can cause communication issues to remove the dust. Turn off your phone. Take out the back cover off the phone and later remove the SIM card. Clean the connectors on the SIM with a clean lint-free cloth. Replace the battery and turn your phone on without the SIM. Turn your phone off, replace the SIM and restart the phone.
