The device is unable to install new apps or store music and pictures.

This device does not have much room for additional applications, games, music, pictures, or videos. If you need to install an app but you do not have sufficient storage capacity, you can migrate your pictures and videos to a larger MicroSD card. If there is still not enough room, then we suggest using the internet browser on your phone in place of the application you are installing.

The screen and buttons are unresponsive.

If your device fails to respond to both touch and button commands, you can force restart your phone by simply removing the hard shell on the back to reveal the battery. Then, remove the battery and put it back in again. Put the hard shell back on your device. This will force restart your phone.

If force restarting your phone did not work to solve an unresponsive screen, you may have a faulty LCD screen. This could be because of a cracked screen or internal damage. You may consider replacing your screen.

The battery dies quickly.

Press and hold the menu button in the bottom right corner of your device. Swipe left or right to close the selected application. Doing this will help with extending your battery life.

Check to make sure you are using a working charger cable by plugging in another device, if possible. If no other device is available, try charging phone on a car charger. If the phone powers on using car charger but not wall outlet, you may need to purchase a new charger cable.

If the power adapter doesn’t seem to be the issue, remove battery and check for residue that may be interfering with connection. If your battery is corroded, you may consider replacing it.
