- Using a spudger, remove the back panel of the phone.

- Remove the battery and SD card from the phone.

- Remove the five 4mm Philips #00 screws, circled in red, holding the the back down.

- Remove the back piece, exposing the motherboard.

- Flip up the three small tan clips holding the ribbons in place.

- Gently slide each of the three ribbons out of the motherboard.

- Slide the motherboard off of the ribbons detaching it from the front of the phone.

Front Panel
- Carefully use the spudger to free the screen from the front panel. You can use your hands to pull it the rest of the way out once you have freed the screen from the clips.

- Dispose of the old font panel and replace it with the new one.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

I have the blade max .It’s not even a month old and it won’t charge it won’t turn on ot is a crap Ola phone .So I take it bk to cricket ,well they can replace it ,I have to send it off wait a few days and they return me my phone.Why in the name of creation can’t your stores replace them .Why did I pay good money to send it bk and be without a phone for several days,why because your a crappy company and I need my phone..
Matter a fact this is my second non functioning ZTE phone. Crap Ola phone..
