Introduction
If you notice that your Voice Amplifier’s battery is draining faster than usual. Keep in mind that batteries will naturally lose their ability to hold a charge over time, especially after going through many charge cycles.
A punctured battery can cause a dangerous fire. If your battery is swollen, take appropriate precautions.
What you need
Step 1
Battery
- Unplug the Headset from the Voice Amplifier and set the Headset aside.
- Place the Voice Amplifier on a flat surface.

- Turn the Amplifier around and remove the four screws from the case.

- Remove case and set it aside.

- Carefully unplug the battery from its socket.

- Remove the battery from the Voice Amplifier.
- Change out the old battery with the new battery.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
