Has anybody found a source for Zoom parts? I would sure like to fix my UAC-8, but parts don’t seem to be available anywhere. It is kind of frustrating, the fix would be easy as heck, but not without parts.

contact your nearest dealer listed on the zoom website to buy a replacement set. They shipped me one after the cover finish turned ‘sticky’ and the battery plate lock mechanism broke off due to the plastic going bad. this can happen i.e. after you leave it the sun for too long, which happened to me. this tutorial doesn’t cover the bottom case which is more involving with all the electronics.
