The battery will not charge or is charging very slowly.
If the battery is old, the device may constantly be at low charge. Batteries lose their ability to charge as they age and may no longer be able to hold a charge. Replace the battery.
USB charging, in general, is slow. The Zeepad 7.0 has two ways of charging: USB and auxiliary. Ensure that the specs of your wall or car charger are equivalent to those of the recommended auxiliary charger: 5V DC @ 2A. Charging your Zeepad 7.0 off a computer via USB may take a long time. In this case, use a properly rated wall charger.
If your device will not charge via USB, it may be the cord. Not all USB cords are created equal. Cheap cords that do not have the displayed USB insignia on them are not certified USB cords and may not adhere to the USB standards and protocol. Also, some USB cords only allow data transfer and do not allow charging. Make sure that you are using a proper USB cord.
The charging port of your Zeepad 7.0 may have poor connection with either USB or auxiliary charging cord. The ports need to be reconnected to the circuit board.
If your Zeepad will not charge using either USB or wall charger, the charging system of your Zeepad 7.0 may be broken. Ensure that the battery is receiving voltage while being charged.
Zeepad appears to be frozen on the startup screen.
