- Locate a tab securing the printhead on the right hand side of the printer.

- Push the tab to the right. The thermal head should release outward.

- Hold the thermal head and pull out gently.

- Disconnect the two (tan) harnesses located on opposite sides of the thermal head and remove the printhead.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
