The screen does not turn on when the power button is pressed.
Try charging the phone for five minutes, then turn it on again. If it is still not turning on after waiting for several minutes to charge, the battery might need to be replaced. Battery Repair Guide.
No image appears on screen when power button is pressed.
Try charging the phone for five minutes, then turn it on again. If it is still not turning on after waiting for several minutes to charge, the battery might need to be replaced.
If the screen is cracked, flickering, or not responding when touched, you will need to replace the screen. Display Repair Guide.
Phone doesn’t respond when power button is pressed.
Check to see if there is any debris that are preventing the button from being pushed down. Inspect the seam of where the power button meets the frame. If there appears to be something blocking the way, attempt to use a pair of tweezers to free the path.
Volume will not turn up and/or down
Camera on the display side of the phone not working properly
If the front camera won’t display any visuals there may be a loose connection. Try tapping the back side of the phone to connect any loose components. If that’s not the case your camera may need to be replaced.
Try cleaning the camera lens with a paper towel lightly dabbed in water. Try not to use too much water to avoid water coming into contact with any inner electronics. If this does not solve the problem you will need to replace your camera.

If the rear camera wont display any visuals there may be a loose connection. Try tapping the back side of the phone to connect any loose components. If that’s not the case your camera may need to be replaced.
