Try the solution below if the Xbox won’t recognize the disc:
Wipe the disc with a soft and clean, slightly damp cloth to remove dust particles.Insert the disc into the Xbox.Try the disc on another Xbox. If the disc doesn’t work, then the disc is the problem. If it works on another Xbox and not yours, then your console has an issue.
