• Remove the circular D-pad by pulling the ridge near the top of the button towards you.
• If the D-pad is a cross instead of a circle, skip to the next step.

This tutorial is incomplete, doesn’t show how to replace/clean the actual d-pad button (the green thing underneath the d-pad covers).
