Faceplate
- Orient the console horizontally with the I/O ports side down.
- Insert the edge of a spudger between the faceplate and the outer casing near the power button.
- Run your spudger along the edge of the faceplate to release the clips securing it to the front of the Xbox.
- Remove the faceplate from the front face of the console.

Ok so my drive wasn’t opening and i eventually came to the conclusion the drive was bad but i was wrong while replacing the drive the original one was plugged into the computer to obtain the drive key and it opened and closed fine, the problem is the case …when i have the drive plugged into the xbox and tge actual xbox case is off it works once i put the case on it squishes the drive and it won’t open, nothing appears wrong with any component. Help from anyone is appreciated
