- Orient your Xbox on the side where all the plugs are. Find the triangle-shaped release trigger.
- Slide the trigger and pull off the cover.

- Find the tab coming out of the hard drive.
- Pull the tab, freeing the hard drive. Keep pulling to get the hard drive out.

- Take your replacement hard drive and orient it so that it has the pull tab facing out.
- Insert the new hard drive and push down until it clicks.
