- Open up the pie maker using the two main handles so it’s open as shown in the picture.

- Remove the four 12.7 mm screws from each handle using a Phillips #2 screwdriver.
- Remove the inside handle cover.

- Remove the two 12.7 mm screws from the base of the pie maker using a Phillips #2 screwdriver.
- This will allow for visibility into the wiring in the base.

Step 4
- Remove the four 15.9 mm screws from the hinges using a Phillips #2 screwdriver.
- Remove the top cover by pulling it off of the device.

Step 5
- You now have access to the wiring underneath the top and bottom of the device.
- To access the wiring, lift the metal burner part out of the base. The wiring will be visible on the opposite side, attached to the heating coil.
- The temperature sensor can be accessed by lifting the bottom side of the device as shown.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
