Pop out the Hard Drive
- Locate the hole on the bottom left hand side of the backplate.

- Press into the hole until you feel or hear a clicking feeling or sound.

- The SD card should be protruding from the slot. If it does not pop out on its own, you may need to use tweezers to remove the drive.
- Remove it from the slot.
