Content View is a new feature for Windows 7. It is viewed when you type a keyword into the Windows Search box.
- Click the Start Orb.
- Type the name of the file or document you are looking for into the Windows Search box. See image below.
- When you click see more results, it brings up the new Content View, which highlights the keywords. Doing this lets you see all documents containing the keywords on your computer.
- Click the search box in the upper-right corner of the Content View screen to narrow the search.
- The four filter options include: Kind, Date Modified, type, and Size. You can also type in a custom filter, such as Author to narrow it down even further.
