First available in 2010, Wide Quad Extended Graphics Array, or WQXGA, is a display resolution measuring 2560 x 1600 pixels in size and having a 16:10 aspect ratio. It is a wider version of QXGA and have four times as many pixels as WXGA. A WQXGA display monitor requires a dual-link DVI device to connect to achieve a vertical refresh rate higher than 40 Hz.
