TweakUI is a downloadable Microsoft tool available for Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows 2003. Although Microsoft did develop this tool as a method of changing default settings, Microsoft does not support this tool. In the picture below, is an example of Tweak UI for Windows.

Once installed, Tweak UI is run through the .cpl file by running tweakui.cpl or through the executable.
