Initially released on October 30, 2017, the Pixelbook is a line of 2-in-1 laptops sold by Google. Pixelbooks are lightweight Chromebook computers with 360-degree hinges and touch screen displays, allowing users to use them in laptop or tablet mode. The Pixelbook, like most Chrome OS devices released after 2017, has support for Android apps available from the Google Play store. The Pixelbook Pen, a battery-powered stylus with pressure sensitivity, is an additional accessory available for purchase.
Versions of the Pixelbook
- Pixelbook - The original Pixelbook was released in 2017. Specifications include up to 512 GB SSD storage, 16 GB RAM, and 10 hours of battery life.
- Pixelbook Go - A lighter, cheaper version of the Pixelbook released in 2019. Updated specs include a 4K display, 1080p camera, 12 hours of battery life, and an 8th generation CPU.
