Short for non-disclosure agreement, NDA is an agreement a tester or developer makes to a company, indicating they will not disclose any of the company’s intellectual property or secrets. For example, if you are beta testing a game, you usually agree to a NDA, which means you cannot post anything about the game while it’s being tested. Disobeying this agreement in this example could result in you being banned and could even result in further legal action.
