Short for milliamp hour or mA x hour, mAH is a batteries total capacity. The larger the mAH value, the more charge it’s capable of holding. For example, a battery with 1500 mAH should last longer than a battery with 1250 mAH. Depending on what the battery is used for, its age, and its temperature can all affect how long it will last.
