Previously known as Project Fi, Google Fi is a phone carrier service introduced by Google in 2015. The service utilizes the networks provided by T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and Three. Google Fi tests the signal strength of the carrier options, and connects the user to the fastest network.
The service includes unlimited texting and phone calls for $20 per month, and charges users a flexible fee based on how much data they plan to use per month.
