Released in 2014, Google Classroom is a free service for educational institutions, including schools and universities. Classroom allows educators to enroll students in a digital class, a page for students to access their assignments, including instructions, due dates, and other helpful tools. For instance, teachers may attach Google Docs documents, Google Slides presentations, and other assorted files. Then, students can submit their assignments using their Google account.

Google Classroom can be accessed from the mobile app for iOS and Android, or the homepage at www.classroom.google.com.
