Deface may refer to any of the following:
When referring to computers, deface is the act of an individual or group of individuals illegally changing a website. For example, someone may change a website’s homepage to be or include something else. When defaced, the homepage or other page mentions something the user believes in or contains inappropriate material, such as swearing or nudity.
When referring to a color code, #DEFACE is a light green color code. See the #DEFACE page for further information and examples of this color.
